Yes. PayNudge uses official OAuth authentication - we never see or store your accounting login credentials. You can revoke access anytime from your accounting software settings.

What data syncs from Xero or QuickBooks?

PayNudge syncs outstanding invoices, customer details (name, email, phone), amounts, due dates, and payment status. When an invoice is paid in your accounting software, PayNudge automatically stops reminders.

Can I use PayNudge without connecting accounting software?

Absolutely! You can upload invoices manually via PDF (our AI extracts the details) or use the quick-entry form. Integration is optional - many users start with manual uploads.

Does PayNudge support QuickBooks Desktop?

Currently, PayNudge integrates with QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Desktop users can upload invoices manually or export to CSV for import.
